These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dormie mobile application ("App") operated by Brad Mortimore ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Dormie is a golf scoring and tournament management app. You may use the App to:

• Score golf rounds and tournaments
• Create and manage tournaments
• Invite other players to join your tournaments
• View leaderboards, recaps, and statistics

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

Dormie offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Dormie Pro").

• Free: Quick Rounds (1 round, up to 4 players), joining tournaments, full scoring features
• Dormie Pro: Multi-round tournaments, 5+ players, real-time scoring, invite codes, templates, and push notifications

Pricing: Dormie Pro is available as an annual subscription at the price displayed in the App. Prices may vary by region.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings or through the App's Profile screen.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including tournament data, scores, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the App's features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Golf scores and statistics displayed in the App are for recreational purposes only and should not be used for official handicap calculations unless verified through an authorized handicap service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile screen.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
